ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Instruction: Before placing order, kindly go through the terms/conditions/policies given below

Cancellation policy

1. To cancel an order, you should do so within 4 hours of placing the order, mentioning a valid reason.

2. If you cancel within 4 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund.

3. If you cancel after 4 hours, the cancellation may be treated as a return, and shipping, handling, and service charges may be deducted from your refund

4. Partial cancellations are not allowed.

5. To cancel an order, go to your Orders page, locate the order, click on "Cancel Order," and fill out the cancellation/order return form.

6. Refunds should be received within 30 days.

OPEN DELIVERY POLICY

1. Medbee allows open box delivery upon the buyer's request.

2. Buyers should inspect the ordered medicine in the presence of the delivery person.

3. If the medicine is damaged, defective, expired, counterfeit, substandard, or different from the description, the buyer can refuse the delivery.

4. Logistic partner terms and conditions should be reviewed before shipping orders.

RETURN POLICY

1. Buyers can return medicines within 48 hours of delivery if they are damaged, defective, expired, counterfeit, substandard, or different from the description.

2. The medicine must remain unopened and in its original condition.

3. To return medicine, go to Your Orders page, locate the order, click on "Return or Replace medicines/Contact Seller," and fill out the return/replace form.

4. Charity medicines are non-refundable

RETURNS

Buyers should inspect the order items in the presence of the delivery person for visible signs of transit damage. In case of visible damage, the buyer should sign the delivery receipt as 'damaged' and notify the Seller and Medbee within 24 hours. Claims for defect or other issues should be submitted through the order return request form. Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid and insured by the seller.

REFUND

Upon receiving the returned medicine, the seller will examine it and notify the buyer and Medbee within 2 days. If eligible, the seller will replace the medicine or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Refunds and adjustments will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.

Authorization for Cancellations/ Customer Returns

The seller authorizes Medbee to initiate cancellations upon buyer's request before shipment. Reimbursement claims by the seller should be supported with relevant proofs. Medbee encourages sellers to file a case for damaged returned medicine. Sellers are responsible for taxes, documentation, and compliance.

Non-returnable Medicine

Medicines that match the description on Medbee.in may not be eligible for return or refund. Sellers are not supposed to sell non-returnable medicines on COD mode.
